Approx 10 cm diameter ball. Overall they are the more versatile: you can massage more parts of the body in more different ways. However, they lack the real “hit” of the medium spiked balls.
The balls can be inflated and deflated using a pump. A more deflated the ball, (i.e. more squishy) gives a softer, gentler massage.
