Pilates Locations

We offer Pilates classes at 6 different locations in Leeds – details of each below with an overview map at the bottom of the page. If you have any questions, please do get in touch.

  • Pilates Studio, Leeds 8

    The studio is accessed via the back garden and cellar door.

    You are welcome to park in the back street but bear in mind that because the street is a dead end, you’ll have to reverse out. Alternatively there is parking at the end of the street on Cross Roundhay Avenue.

    Buses: 91 (to Chapel Allerton, Meanwood, Headingley).
    12, 13 (from Town & Oakwood)

  • Treetops Community Centre, Leeds 17

    There is a large car park at Treetops.

    Location temporarily closed for Pilates due to COVID-19 but outdoor classes are running here.

  • Meanwood Institute, Leeds 6

    Buses: 51 and 52 (from Town), 91 which stops on Stainbeck Road comes from Chapel Allerton and goes to Headingley.

    The parking at the Institute is on street only.

  • Wigton Moor Church, Leeds 17

    The church has a small car park adjacent to the building. In addition there is a Shopper’s car park next door that Church users can use. There is no time limit or restrictions on parking.
    The Number 48 bus stops outsider the Church and the Number 7S stops on Shadwell Lane and if you walk down Linton Avenue you reach the church in about 5 minutes.

  • I started pilates with Alison to improve my overall strength, stability and flexibility. As a woman in in my 60s with arthritis I wanted to maximise my ability to keep moving. My 1:1 sessions have definitely achieved those objectives. I feel stronger and my arthritic knee is much less painful even after long walks.

    Alison is a thoughtful and responsive Pilates instructor, happy to tailor the sessions to my particular needs.
