For any men out there that want to benefit from regular Pilates but would prefer to avoid the mainstream classes that are almost all women, please do join us for this men-only Pilates class instead.
You will do the same great Pilates with a slightly different emphasis. There is more overt strength training work and more stretching for the hips and legs. Many regulars have issues with their back and we do work on posture, flexibility and generally getting the back moving safely.
Our classes are ongoing which gives you the flexibility to start whenever you want, not just at the beginning of term. This does mean that you’ll be joining a class that’s in full swing, but the other men have been in the same situation a few months or weeks ago.
In class, please do feel free to ask for clarification of an exercise, or an alternative. We are always on hand with alternative exercises and modifications but you might have to nudge us. Often in the men’s class, it is modifications or advice with back issues that is the case. Please don’t suffer in silence – do speak up if you need some more info or help.

If you would like to book a Pilates class, the cost is £9 if you pay and go, and £8 if you buy a block of 5 at £40.
If you are new to Pilates Leeds, or have never bought a pre pay card before, why not get your first one for just £30? That is just £6 per session.
You can reschedule your booking up to the night before class. If you decide to cancel completely then please contact me.
Note: if you buy a 5 session class pass, you still have to book the classes for the relevant dates.
To book using your mobile
Firstly, download the app. You can do this in one of two ways.
If you do not want to download an App, you can still book on your tablet or phone. Please follow the instructions for laptop/desktop computers. It works, but be prepared to scroll down a bit more.

To book on your desktop/laptop computer
For desktops/laptops, there are step by step instructions here.
For desktops/laptops, system allows you to cancel and re book your sessions up to and including the day before. You can use the link in the email we send you to do this, but if you are attending regularly we advise you to set up a User Name and Password.
For desktops/laptops, you can log in directly to the system using the button below, once you have registered for an account. You can create your account at the same time as booking your first ever class (or any class). Each booking confirmation email offers this.
IMPORTANT: If this is the first time you have done Pilates with us, please can you fill out a very short Health Questionnaire before you attend class. (It only takes 2 mins). It is necessary for your safety, our planning and for our Insurance purposes.
