Book Your Pilates Classes

Our group classes are now bookable online. The Back Care Sessions, 1:1 Tuition, Small Group Tuition and Pelvic Floor Classes are not bookable online. Please contact me directly about these.

Please note that you can now book both Face2Face classes and Zoom classes. The prices are different and our class passes are not available for Zoom classes.

If you would like to book a Zoom class, the cost is £5.

When you book a Zoom class, you will receive an email confirmation containing an invitation to the class. Click the link in the email to join the class.

Book your single class Face2Face classes and Zoom classes.

Alternatively, you can buy a Five session class pass for Face2Face classes. It is £40 (£8 per class), which can be used for any of the Face2Face classes at Crossgates or Wigton Moor.

  • Thanks for running the online classes Alison. After a day sat at the computer they’re a real tonic for my back and just as good as the face-to-face classes!

  • Alison’s classes always have a relaxed atmosphere which strike the right balance between being fun and challenging. With the current circumstances, I was worried about the classes moving to Zoom, but actually the technology works and having a class with a proper teacher is so much better than simply trying to find a suitable video on YouTube.
